We are seeking a Talent & Employer Branding Specialist to be instrumental in showcasing WD-40 Company’s culture and attracting future top talent.   You will be responsible for independently executing talent acquisition and employer branding plans and activities in collaboration with local HR partners. With a focus on hiring both organically and through active sourcing, the right candidate would be able to build excellent relationships & deliver a full end to end recruitment process. You will also be creative with hiring campaigns and content creation for our digital platforms; supporting the cultivation of WD-40 Company’s Employer brand in Europe.
