Have you got great people skills, a curious mindset and a desire to build a successful career in business? 

At WD-40 Company, we're looking for a Sales Executive Apprentice to join our UK Trade Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management and customer engagement while working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification. 

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues who will help you develop the skills, confidence and commercial understanding needed to build a successful sales career. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, helping to grow sales and build strong relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You'll: 

  • Speak regularly with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities 
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities 
  • Learn how to manage customer accounts and build lasting partnerships 
  • Analyse sales data and identify ways to grow product distribution 
  • Support new business opportunities through research and prospecting 
  • Maintain customer records and CRM systems 
  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals across the business

Previous sales experience isn't required. We're looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
