This role will direct, lead, and develop the execution and performance of the direct and indirect EIMEA Supply Chain Planning and Operations functions to meet business objectives in support of the EIMEA Supply Chain strategy over a 3-4 year planning horizon.
Providing leadership of key upstream and downstream supply chain activities, delivering bottom line improvements and improved customer experience through strong supply chain processes and relationships, and development of high performing teams and supply chain talent.
This is a key role in the EIMEA Supply Chain Leadership team and works closely with wider WD-40 teams and stakeholders in the development of operations and supply chain strategies and goal/metrics definition.
